Chief Development Officer
Reporting to the CEO, the CDO will oversee a comprehensive philanthropyportfolio, including major gifts, grassroots donors, corporate partnerships,foundation grants, and events. They will manage a strong and growingDevelopment team, guiding their work on renewals, prospecting, andrelationship management, and working with them to develop innovativestrategies to grow revenue in each stream.
