Chief Financial Officer
Easterseals seeks a strategic, hands-on CFO to lead financial operations, compliance, risk management, and long-term financial sustainability. Reporting to the President & CEO, the CFO serves as a key advisor to the Board and Executive Team while supporting a national network of approximately 70 affiliates. The ideal candidate is a CPA with nonprofit leadership experience, deep federal grant expertise, and a collaborative, mission-driven leadership style.
