The ideal President and Executive Director of CLASP is a strategic, bold, authentic team manager and leader who brings experience guiding and empowering diverse teams, driving consensus, building a collaborative and inclusive organizational culture, and thriving externally with funders and partners. The ideal candidate is a decisive and collaborative decision-maker who is rooted in impact, driven by values, and can unite individuals across function, seniority, tenure, and issue area expertise.

Reporting to the President and CEO, the inaugural Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO) will provide strategic leadership, management, planning, and enhancement of IWPR’s internal financial and organizational systems and infrastructure, allowing IWPR to fulfill our mission and scale our impact.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly compassionate, collaborative, and strategic leader to support adult ESOL programs across Montgomery County. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated executive and leadership abilities, a deep passion for making high-quality, culturally responsive programs accessible, the demonstrated ability to advocate for issues related to MCAEL’s constituents, and the ability to raise funds and generate support for MCAEL’s work.
