St. Paul Community Literacy Consortium Facilitator

St. Paul Community Literacy Consortium (SPCLC) is seeking an individual who will provide facilitation and program management support amongst the Community Based Organizations (CBO’s) and the St. Paul Public School’s Adult Basic Education Program (Hubbs Center) who make up the SPCLC consortium. The primary responsibilities as a facilitator will be to support and promote collaboration within the consortium, transparency and shared accountability amongst the consortium’s membership and liaising wit

Foundation Relations and Grants Manager

The Foundation Relations and Grants Manager (FRGM) is integral to the successful of the organization’s mission, vision and strategic plan, particularly in identifying, cultivating and securing diverse support from institutional funders such as foundations, corporations and government entities. The FRGM is constantly identifying new and building current relationships, quickly assessing fit, working with program leaders and writing grant applications to support Literacy Minnesota its priorities.
