We are looking for an individual with administrative experience and working knowledge of our platforms.The individual must be personable, responsible and have strong communication skills. The job will requires 15-20 hours per week remotely and the ability to pick up mail once or twice per week at our NYC location. It will require communicating with our staff during the remote time as needed and a thorough knowledge of our operating platforms(see below)


-Monitor office phone number

-Monitor general email-Donor questions, field questions and requests to appropriate team member

-Provide necessary documentation upon request by donors, financial manager 

-Matching Donations-monitor and maintain

-Manage/monitor processing platforms(Classy,Fundraise Up, Give Lively)

-Manage Integration with all donations through:Salesforce, Fundraising pages, Website

-Mailchimp contact and audience management

-Salesforce-Input all offline donations(checks, wires, stocks etc. Create new accounts, contacts, opportunities as needed

-Generate all tax acknowledgement letters

-Schedule Meetings-Zoom and BOD etc.
