Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development & Campaign Management
- Design and implement a scalable, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop campaigns to expand brand awareness, generate leads, drive app downloads, and increase ministry support.
- Manage marketing efforts across multiple platforms, including social media, email, website, and paid advertising.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Content Creation
- Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Develop video content, social media graphics, and interactive materials to drive engagement and connect with target audiences.
- Work closely with the Social Media Coordinator to maintain a cohesive and consistent brand voice across all platforms.
SEO & Website Management
- Optimize website content to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
- Establish and maintain GA4 tracking to gather actionable insights on website traffic and user behavior.
- Ensure website performance supports overall marketing objectives, including lead generation and app downloads.
- Collaborate with IT and design teams to implement website updates and improvements as needed.
Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Monitor ad performance, test creative elements, and implement strategies to maximize ROI.
- Ensure seamless integration of ad campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between marketing and departments such as PGM TV, the Unshackled Ministry, and the Office of Development.
- Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment of goals, strategies, and deliverables across teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital media, or a related role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong skills in content creation, including video production, social media graphics, and interactive content.
- Expertise in SEO best practices, website management, and tools like GA4.
- Experience managing paid ad campaigns across platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
