Assist the Dependency Program in the provision of services to families and children with needed administrative tasks.Contact clients and caregivers to assist in providing needed services.Request records, reports and other documents from various providers for children and adults in active cases.Track record request and follow up on needed documentation.Enter records and notes on each case into Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN).Create reports for various tracking needs.Schedule appointments and arrange transportation for clients as needed.Assist with Health Risk Assessments and Out of County Service (OCS) packets when needed.Assist in completing outstanding issues on the daily Data Discrepancy report and maintaining FSFN education and medical tabs as requested. Assist in sending client service referrals, gathering documents for packets, completion of exit surveys, High End packets, Child Resource Record packets, drug screen requests, birth certificate and social security card requests and other administrative requests.Various administrative duties to include filing documents, composing letters, memos and assisting with special projects.Provide on call support as required or scheduled.2.
