The CBD Business Management ED is a member of the CBD CFO team, which sits within the broader Consumer Banking Finance and Business Management team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to provide Finance and Business Management support across CBD with a focus on delivering against the firm’s long-term commitment to advance racial equity. Job Description Partner the CBD CFO team thru reporting, analysis, and deep dives into results, as needed with the focus to understand and optimize results Partner with CBD CFO and broader CBD team to prepare Executive reporting packages Prepare business review packages and other ad hoc reviews for Senior Management Preparation of periodic and ad hoc analysis to support financial and strategic goals Develop deep knowledge to become the team’s subject matter expert on key focus areas Develop a deep understanding of systems and processes in order to extract insights from existing data while recommending and identifying enhancements Participate in month-end close and annual planning processes with broader CBD CFO team Help define, monitor, and report key management metrics on Financial Health Participate in and support ad-hoc special projects and requests as needed Contribute to divisional / national initiatives (includes owning and driving certain projects on divisional / national level) Qualifications 8 + years of progressive experience in finance, strategy, consulting and/or business management Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (or related discipline); MBA Preferred Demonstrated senior leadership in terms of attitude, initiative, and inclusivity Experience in interacting and communicating recommendations to senior business leaders Influencing skills and ability to concisely articulate key insights and recommendations Client oriented with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Superior organizational and process skills with a high attention to detail Strong mix of analytical, written and presentation skills Foundational knowledge of financial management including budgeting and forecasting Strong technical ability with Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Business applications such as Tableau and Essbase preferred
