Sacramento Steps Forward (SSF) is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to addressing homelessness within Sacramento County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement federal grant programs, monitoring and tracking each program through its life cycle.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Sacramento City and County Continuum of Care (CoC).
- Partner with local, state, and federal agencies to accomplish the shared goal of ending homelessness.
This position is ideal for a seasoned professional passionate about ending homelessness.
If you…
- Earned a bachelor's degree in in Business, Planning, Public Administration, Housing Administration, Community Development, or a related field,
- Have a minimum of five years of progressive experience in homeless housing, community development, planning, CoC governance, and federal grants programs, and
- At least five years in a supervisory or management role,
