Position Description:
As a Clinical Nurse will independently perform procedures within scope of expertise and approved by state regulations. Provides follow-up patient care regarding test results, pathology results, and patient-related phone calls; participates in patient and staff education and assists in clinic with assigned providers. The Clinical Coordinator for the OTO PMWS clinic, is responsible for all aspects of the clinic operations, which includes supervision of nurses, medical assistants and instrument processing technicians, totaling approximately 13 direct reports, supplying a weekly clinic schedule, meeting with clinical staff monthly, performing annual performance evaluations, training of new staff, maintaining Estar records and working closely with COO, Associate Director of Nursing, Director of Operations, and Practice Manager to ensure compliance with all Regulatory, Infection Prevention and CPUP and Health System requirements.

Minimum Requirements:
Registered Nurse with active PA state licensure. BLS/CPR required. National or specialty based certification preferred. BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing.
