Position Information The Clinical Supervisor functions as part of the management team and collaborates with compliance and nursing services. Is responsible for overseeing the day to day clinical operations of assigned practices. This position works collaboratively with the Service Line Director, Medical Directors, Practice Managers, physician leaders, and other providers to perform a variety of clinical and administrative duties related to clinical staff workflows, clinical education, quality assessment, and direct patient care. Ensures the clinical practice standards are consistent with WakeMed policies and procedures/standards of care/approved protocols/standing orders. Ensures compliance with the North Carolina Board of Nursing, JCAHO and other applicable regulatory agencies. Provides physician support and comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families as needed.
Experience Requirements : 3 Years Nursing – Related Area Required – And 3 Years Related Position Experience Preferred
Education Required : Bachelor’s Degree Nursing Required
