This position is responsible for performing customer service functions in all our donation centers. The Donation Center Attendant provides an exceptional customer service experience through proactively engaging with and working to make the customer satisfied in every interaction. Essential Duties -Ensures excellent customer/donor relations by maintaining the highest standards of customer service as outlined by the customer service manual. -Responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience through proactively engaging with and working to make the customer satisfied in every interaction. -Greets donors and receives merchandise, providing donor with a receipt, if desired. -Manages and tracks the donor count, identifies the need for supplies. -Completes housekeeping task to ensure a clean, safe, friendly work area. -May be required to travel to other stores on an as-needed basis. Minimum Qualifications Education – High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED). Experience – Minimum of 2 years prior retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
