Summary

The Women’s Initiative (TWI) is seeking an Executive Director. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will lead the staff and manage all aspects of the organization.

Description

The Executive Director is responsible for the implementation of the current multi-year strategic plan as well as establishing annual goals and metrics to assess the agency’s progress. In addition, the Executive Director partners with the Deputy Director to lead TWI’s strategic and operational planning, including human resources, succession, finance, development, and evaluation efforts. The Executive Director also partners with the Clinical Services Director and clinical team to ensure programmatic needs are addressed and that programming is effective.
