The Iowa Nonprofit Alliance (INA) is an emerging statewide membership association seeking its first full-time Executive Director (ED) since its launch in 2022. The INA is dedicated to strengthening Iowa’s nonprofit sector and advancing its collective impact. The INA seeks a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and visionary leader to serve as ED. This role requires a strategic thinker who will excel at development, membership growth, and programmatic innovation. The ED will work closely with the board of directors to chart the future of INA while ensuring its financial sustainability, operational excellence, and mission-driven impact.
- Position: Executive Director
- Classification: Exempt, Full-Time
- Compensation: From a range of $55,000 to $72,000 salary with benefits
