Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Ornamental Horticulture
Able to lift at least 30 lbs.
Reliable and independent and self-started
Ability to work indoors and outdoors
Ability to work with people with disabilities while setting an example in our team
Ability to work in a team in a safe and respectful environment
Willingness to work on weekends during the gardening season
Previous retail experience preferable
Proficient in basic computer programs is a must
Some knowledge of Spanish language is a plus
We are looking for a full-time employee. We offer a competitive salary, relaxed working environment, and an opportunity to grow with us. The potential employee will be exposed to an array of houseplants, annuals, perennials, edible plants, shrubs, and small trees. In addition, the employee will have the opportunity to occasionally create floral arrangements, decorative items and more.
