Apply now for this winning team!Responsibilities:In accordance with our mission and core values of reverence, integrity, compassion and excellence, this position is established to serve as a consultant/resource professional by providing staff development expertise as an educator, facilitator, change agent, leader and researcher. The Clinical Educator supports the development of the direct-care nurse and fosters nursing excellence through new knowledge and the delivery of evidence based practice. Facilitation of the educational process includes assessment, development, planning, implementation and evaluation of competency assessment, continuing education and leadership development. The Clinical Nurse Educator also serves as a role model for professional behavior. Teamwork is a vital component of patient care; therefore, incumbents will be expected to demonstrate their commitment to same through effective collaborative efforts.Qualifications:Current unencumbered RN licensure to practice in the State of Arkansas; ACLS, BCLS and/or PALS certified as appropriate.Must sit for professional certification within one year of entering the position. Must have obtained professional certification within two years.Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience.BSN required, MSN preferred.
