Program Coordinator II in the Center for Community Involvement. Oversees our In-Kind Donation Center Warehouse which includes managing volunteers and the coordination of receiving and delivering household items. Coordinates donation drives and events. Assist in developing processes and projects that meet the various needs of families and individuals who are struggling with homelessness or displacement through a compassionate and trauma-informed approach, while working under the supervision of the Center Director.Additional Areas of Responsibility:This is a great opportunity to work alongside a team in a collaborative and supportive environment with the common goal and mission of empowering our community. The ideal candidate will have fluency in the use of Microsoft Office, including Excel (this is used daily to create sheets for various projects and tasks) and will be an organized multi-tasker; answering phone calls and scheduling item pickups.Other Information/Requirements:BA degree or a satisfactory equivalency of education and experience; 3 yrs. of admin./coordinating & supervisory experience; prior non-profit experience; proficient in MS Office Suite & Outlook. A valid NM DL w/a clean driving record; ability to work independently and be a self-starter; communicate proficiently, both verbal and written; possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
