Job Description We are currently seeking to hire a Case Management Supervisor who will work for our new REACH program, which stands for Recovery, Engagement, Assessment, Career Development, and Housing. This is an exciting, unique opportunity to provide evidence-based services to criminal justice involved people who have substance use disorders. The overall goal of this program is to reduce recidivism and help people attain long-term recovery. The Case Management Supervisor will provide a variety of both direct and indirect services to residential and outpatient clients enrolled in REACH. The Case Management Supervisor will work with a team to ensure that all necessary case-management services are provided to every participant in the REACH program and that outreach measures are provided for participants who leave the program.
