Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and update job descriptions

  • Source potential candidates from various online channels  

  • Prepare and distribute assignments and tests for potential candidates

  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers, working with them throughout the hiring process

  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

  • Provides day-to-day counsel on matters concerning employee relations, including performance improvement (disciplinary process), HR compliance, etc.

  • Conducts research, contributes to projects and timelines, and participates as a hands-on contributor on teams and committees toward the successful completion of various HR Initiatives.

 

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter/HR Manager (5 years)

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

  • Experience with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Passion for PragerU's mission to further what we call "Americanism," and familiarity with the concepts espoused in our digital content

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Commitment to excellence in all endeavors

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working effectively with a variety of personalities
