PROJECT OVERVIEW

Campaign Legal Center (CLC) seeks proposals from qualified executive coaches to provide professional coaching services to our President and Executive Director over a six-month period. The President and Executive Director collaborate closely to lead the organization with defined, partially overlapping areas of responsibility. The primary objective of this engagement is to optimize their collaboration and enhance their leadership effectiveness.

PROJECT DELIVERABLES AND SCOPE OF WORK

The executive coach will be expected to provide:

Assessment and Goal Setting:

  • Conduct initial assessments to understand the individual and collective strengths, weaknesses, and goals of the President and Executive Director.
  • Develop a tailored coaching plan based on these assessments.

One-on-One Coaching:

  • Provide regular one-on-one coaching sessions (1-2 per month) with both the President and Executive Director, focusing on individual development areas.

Joint Coaching Sessions:

  • Facilitate monthly joint coaching sessions to improve collaboration, communication, interpersonal dynamics, and strategic alignment.

Progress Monitoring and Feedback:

  • Track progress against established goals and provide regular feedback.
  • Adjust coaching strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Deliver a final report at the end of the six-month period summarizing achievements and providing recommendations for ongoing development.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

Consistent with CLC's DEI goals, CLC encourages obtaining bids from small businesses, service-disabled veterans, minority-owned firms and woman-owned businesses to the fullest extent practicable.

The following evaluation criteria will be used:

  • Price
  • Relevant experience
  • Availability to provide services within the required delivery time
  • Bidder's previous record of performance and services
  • Ability of bidder to render satisfactory service
  • Financial stability of the vendor
  • Payment Terms
  • Ability to provide work product samples

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Interested parties should submit a proposal or resume and cover letter to mail to :hr@campaignlegalcenter.org that includes the following

  • Provide a description of the coach or coaching firms, including a statement of interest and summary of qualifications. 
  • Description of the proposed approach to the scope of work.
  • Project timeline.
  • Project budget.
  • Proposals must be received before 5pm on Friday, August 9th, 2024, to be considered

CLC reserves the right to select no proposals should no bidder submit a proposal that meets the organization’s needs.
