Provide high quality clinical SUD ASAM assessments, placements, and appropriate levels of group, individual, and family treatment to program participants.Provide SUD prevention intervention services as required by contract and needs of program participants.Work as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Provides clinical interventions and/or referrals to other providers, to assist patient in meeting treatment and level of care needs. Able to provide clinical interventions for case management, system coordination, patient advocacy, referral, and crisis management.Ensure that treatment planning and interventions are: effective, appropriate, timely, patient centered, culturally competent and age appropriate. All clinical and non-clinical work will show respect for patient confidentiality, safety and self-determination Maintain the safety, security, and confidentiality of patients and their families.
