The Inn Between of Longmont is a leading agency providing Supportive Housing within the St. Vrain Valley.  We are seeking a qualified Supportive Housing Program Manager. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of barriers and solutions to homelessness.  Ability to provide support to staff and resolve daily resident concerns.  Supervisory experience with an MSW or similar education preferred.  Ability to converse in English/Spanish a plus.  Full time salaried position with generous PTO benefits.

This position will facilitate Supportive Housing Program components:  advocacy, trainings, resident activities, after-school education center.  Provides supervision for Advocates and Education Tutor.  Manages and participates in delivery of advocacy/case management.  Collaborates regularly with community partner agencies.  Leads weekly staff meetings and directs resident service planning.  Shares coordination of data collection and file integrity.
