Outreach Community Health Center

Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) is a partnership with Milwaukee County’s Behavioral Health Division – Community Access to Recovery Services, through which Outreach Community Health Centers (OCHC) and other community-based organizations provide care coordination and supportive services to individuals in need. Eligible clients must be enrolled in the State’s Medicaid program, have an existing mental health or substance use diagnosis, and be motivated to engage in the recovery process.
