The Director of Philanthropy at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell is the primary frontline fundraiser, responsible for securing major gifts of $25K+. This outward-facing role involves cultivating and stewarding major donors, developing and meeting revenue goals with the Resource Development Director, and driving year-over-year growth. The Director collaborates closely with executive leadership, board members, and volunteers to support the organization’s growth and mission.
