Community Action Partnership of Ramsey & Washington Counties (CAPRW) is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the agency’s programs, people, finances, partnerships, and public voice. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will advance CAPRW’s mission, implement its strategic plan, strengthen organizational leadership, ensure sound financial stewardship, and build strong community and funding partnerships.
