The Activate Rural Associate Director is a proactive and organized self-starter responsible for providing strategic and programmatic support to the Program Director in implementing the Activate Rural program. This role combines program design and delivery, community development, partner and funder engagement, creative facilitation, event logistics, and project management. Full-time (36 hrs/wk) with QSEHRA, PTO, and creative staff. Current salary: $62,989; increases to $66,756 in January 2026.
