Heartshare is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Program Officer (CPO) to provide visionary leadership and operational oversight for its residential and clinical programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Heartshare’s Developmental Disabilities (DD) Services division is one of the agency’s largest programs, generating over $100 million in annual revenue and operating over 60 residential sites across New York City.
