North Carolina Coalition to End Homelessness

The ESG Portfolio Specialist leads the NC Balance of State CoC’s Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) program, managing the funding competition, ensuring compliance with federal regulations (24 CFR Part 576), and supporting data-driven, equitable funding decisions. This remote role, with occasional travel, collaborates with statewide partners, provides technical assistance, and strengthens systems and processes to advance effective solutions to homelessness.
