Partners for HOME

Partners for HOME seeks qualified applicants to help oversee the coordination of bridge and permanent housing for homeless households. In this role, the Project Manager will support the efforts between Atlanta CoC-wide outreach, community response, encampment decommissioning, and the peer support specialist program. Project Manager will initially be responsible for two main projects with additional oversight to be added and or shifted depending on the project needs.
