Job Purpose: Partners for Home seeks qualified applicants to help oversee the coordination of bridge and permanent housing for homeless households. In this role, the Project Manager will support the efforts between Atlanta CoC-wide outreach, community response, encampment decommissioning, and the peer support specialist program.

The Project Manager, Housing Systems will oversee the coordination, implementation, and performance management of housing programs across the Continuum of Care (CoC) and HUD-funded initiatives, including: HUD Permanent Supportive Housing, HUD Rapid Re-Housing, all CoC Permanent Supportive Housing and all CoC Rapid Rehousing.
