General Purpose: Under general supervision of the Loan Fund Director, this role provides leadership, oversight, and strategic management for the loan closing unit to ensure all areas of the department are operating soundly and efficiently by providing excellent customer service as wells as maintaining strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors, resulting in repeat customers.
