Based in Towson, MD, the Director of Development supports the Women’s Law Center’s mission through donor engagement, fundraising strategy, and coordination with staff, board members, and volunteers. While hybrid work is allowed, the role requires in-office presence during the probationary period. Responsibilities include implementing the development plan, supporting grant writing, and facilitating board fundraising efforts.
