Your Safe Haven

The Executive Director (ED) serves as the chief executive officer, community leader, and lead fundraiser for Your Safe Haven (YSH). The ED provides overall leadership, ensuring mission stewardship, program quality, staff leadership, financial oversight, compliance, and strong community relationships. This role requires experience in victim services and a commitment to survivor-centered, trauma-informed practice. The ED reports to and partners closely with the Board of Directors.
