The Chief of Staff will serve as a key partner to the CEO, amplifying Robin Hood's impact by ensuring strategic and values alignment, consistent communication, and effective collaboration across the organization. The Chief of Staff will work closely with Robin Hood’s board and executive leadership team to effect our ambitious mission and to empower the CEO to focus on the highest-leverage activities.
