The Director of Finance is a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to thePresident & CEO, and is responsible for the overall financial management of the organization,including budgeting, accounting, compliance, and reporting. This role requires deep experiencewith budget preparation, oversight, and compliance tied to city, state, and federal governmentalgrants, as well as the ability to ensure financial integrity across multiple funding streams.
