Janney+ seeks an exceptional, mission-driven leader to serve as Executive Director (ED). The ED is responsible for the overall strategic direction, maintaining trusted partnerships, operational excellence, financial health, and program quality of Janney+. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring strong day-to-day systems while guiding long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate will be child-centered with a genuine appreciation for the role Janney+ plays in the school community.
