A Nonprofit Controller serves as a strategic financial leader for multiple nonprofit organizations, overseeing financial reporting, month-end close, audits, grant compliance, cash flow forecasting, and internal controls. This role mentors accounting team members, partners with CFOs and nonprofit leaders, and provides financial insights that support informed decision-making, compliance, and organizational success.

A Nonprofit Accountant supports multiple mission-driven organizations by managing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, preparing reconciliations and reports, and supporting audits and grant compliance. This role partners closely with Controllers and CFOs to provide financial clarity, strengthen internal controls, and help nonprofit clients achieve their goals.
