A Nonprofit Controller serves as a strategic financial leader for multiple nonprofit organizations, overseeing financial reporting, month-end close, audits, grant compliance, cash flow forecasting, and internal controls. This role mentors accounting team members, partners with CFOs and nonprofit leaders, and provides financial insights that support informed decision-making, compliance, and organizational success.

The Finance Coordinator holds the day-to-day life of CNVC’s Finance function. You are the person who makes the operational reality work — payroll, receivables, payables, international payments, reconciliations — and who becomes the go-to expert on how our multi-currency, multi-country financial life actually flows.This is a hands-on role that also carries a distinctly human dimension.
