The Philadelphia Museum of Art (PMA) seeks an experienced and collaborative Chief People Officer (CPO) to oversee all aspects of the museum's Human Resources Department and lead the institution's DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access) strategies. The CPO serves as a senior executive and trusted advisor to the George D. Widener Director and Chief Executive Officer, to whom the position reports.
