Posse is looking for the next Director of our flagship site in New York City. The primary responsibilities of the Director are to represent Posse's mission, set goals for program implementation locally, maintain strong university partner relationships, work closely with a local advisory board, and to recruit and manage a team that ensures the coordination of all program operations.
