The Director of Development translates fundraising goals into action, building the strategies, systems, pipelines, and team needed to meet contributed-revenue goals. Working with the Executive Director and Managing Director, this role drives a diversified revenue strategy across individual, foundation, corporate, and event giving while overseeing forecasting, pipeline development, and the Development team.

Transportation Alternatives seeks a Managing Director to function as TA's senior internal leader, partner with the Executive Director, support the Senior Leadership Team and lead fundraising alongside the ED and Development Director. The role oversees internal operations, including HR, finance, technology, compliance, union relations, and development, while strengthening the systems, culture, and infrastructure that enable TA’s advocacy work.
