In partnership with Lindauer, Criterion Child Enrichment seeks an Executive Director to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and impact.
The Executive Director will guide a dedicated team and drive program innovation to shape the future of early childhood services across Massachusetts.
The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate for early childhood education, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate staff, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive meaningful impact for children and families across Massachusetts. They should have at least ten years of experience in early childhood education, early intervention, or special education leadership, with a strong background in financial and operational management.
In this role, you will:
• Oversee and enhance all programs to ensure excellence in early childhood education and family support services.
• Lead strategic planning and operational oversight, including budget management and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster partnerships with local, state, and community stakeholders to expand the organization's reach and impact.
• Serve as the primary spokesperson for Criterion, advocating for early childhood education and driving visibility for the organization.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Program Directors, ensuring strong management and professional development.
