The President and CEO of the National Kidney Foundation of Hawaiʻi (NKFH) will serve as a dynamic and visionary leader, advancing the organization’s mission to improve kidney health and prevent chronic disease across the islands. With a strong foundation in community education, early detection, and health equity, the CEO will shape NKFH’s strategic direction while expanding its reach and impact. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead one of Hawaiʻi’s most respected nonprofits, overseeing operations, strengthening revenue streams, and championing community-focused partnerships with healthcare providers, government agencies, and donors.

The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of strategic acumen, financial leadership, and a deep commitment to improving community health outcomes. They will be a seasoned executive with a track record of fundraising success, organizational growth, and cross-sector collaboration.
