Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Director at Fuller Center Disaster Rebuilders.  The Executive Director is responsible for leading the organization’s strategic planning, operations and fundraising efforts.  This includes overseeing program development, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with staff and volunteers, and maintaining strong relationships with donors, stakeholders and volunteers.  The role also involves representing the organization at community events, managing partnerships, and leading initiatives to increase the organization’s impact.  Strong personal faith and commitment to Christian principles is essential for this role’s success.

Qualifications
 

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising staff and volunteers
• Strong expertise in fundraising, donor relations, and financial management
• Proven skills in strategic planning, program management, and operational oversight
• Excellent communication, public speaking and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of disaster recovery and nonprofit management is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelors degree in non-profit management, business administration or a related field
