As that initial funding tapers, we’re focused on long-term sustainability. This role will serve as the day-to-day lead for fundraising strategy and execution, working closely with an engaged volunteer Board to:
Implement a newly completed fundraising plan
Build systems, structures, and reporting for sustainable revenue growth
Support donor prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
Develop compelling donor-facing materials and proposals
Coach and partner with Board members as frontline fundraisers
