- Board and volunteer engagement
Ideal Candidate Profile
We seek a collaborative, forward‑thinking leader with:

- At least ten years of progressively responsible philanthropy leadership experience
- A proven record of success in major gifts, capital campaigns, and nonprofit fund-raising
- Exceptional relationship‑building, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Experience working closely with governing boards and volunteer leaders
- Background in older adult living, healthcare, aging services, higher education, or other mission‑driven organizations
