The Teton Valley Health Care Foundation (the Foundation) seeks a dynamic and relationship-driven Executive Director to lead philanthropy efforts in support of exceptional healthcare throughout one of the most beautiful and rapidly growing communities in the Mountain West. As the philanthropic partner of Teton Valley Health Care, the Foundation connects donor generosity with critical healthcare needs, ensuring that high-quality care remains accessible, innovative, and community-centered for generations to come.
This is a unique opportunity to join the Foundation during a period of renewal and growth. Supported by an engaged Foundation Board, committed organizational leadership, and a community that deeply values local healthcare, the next Executive Director will help strengthen fundraising efforts, cultivate meaningful donor relationships, and elevate the Foundation's impact across the region. Working closely with healthcare leaders, community stakeholders, and volunteers, the Executive Director will serve as the Foundation's chief ambassador, advancing a culture of philanthropy that supports both current healthcare priorities and future aspirations.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished fundraising professional and authentic relationship builder with experience engaging donors, inspiring philanthropic investment, and working collaboratively with boards and community partners. They will bring the vision, leadership, and strategic mindset necessary to expand the Foundation's philanthropic capacity while strengthening trust and engagement throughout Teton Valley.

The Foundation offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. The annual compensation range for this position annually is between $190,000 – $225,000. A generous benefits package is offered including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 403(b)-retirement savings plan.
