Juma is hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to be the CEO’s strategic thought partner and operational leader at a pivotal moment for the organization. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the executive team, the COO will oversee Programs, Enterprise, Human Resources, and Data and Evaluation, as well as organization-wide operations, systems, and infrastructure, and will help shape and carry out Juma’s vision.

The Regional Program Director, Washington is Juma's senior on-the-ground program leader for the Seattle market. This role owns the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of YouthConnect programming across the Seattle site, and brings direct experience in workforce development along with genuine program design expertise. It is intended to be a working leadership role: shaping regional program strategy while staying close enough to day-to-day delivery to coach site teams effectively.

The Regional Program Director, California is Juma's senior on-the-ground program leader for the Bay Area and Sacramento markets. This role owns the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of YouthConnect programming across both sites, and brings direct experience in workforce development along with genuine program design expertise. It is intended to be a working leadership role: shaping regional program strategy while staying close enough to day-to-day delivery to coach site teams effectively.
