The Regional Program Director, California is Juma’s senior on-the-ground program leader for the Bay Area and Sacramento markets. This role owns the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of YouthConnect programming across both sites, and brings direct experience in workforce development along with genuine program design expertise. It is intended to be a working leadership role: shaping regional program strategy while staying close enough to day-to-day delivery to coach site teams effectively.
