Competitive Pay & Benefits
- Salary: $140,000-155,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- Health Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage from $47.50 per pay period
- Retirement Plan: 403(b) with up to 3.5% employer match

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organization in alignment with The Arc’s mission, vision, and values
- Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational development
- Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary executive team
- Advocate for individuals with I/DD at the local and state level
- Ensure financial sustainability and compliance with all regulatory standards
- Manage and oversee an $11 million budget and multi-million dollar portfolio, in partnership with investment advisors
- Build relationships with funders, community partners, and government agencies
- Direct fundraising and grant development initiatives
- Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and operational excellence
Employment Type
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced & Strategic: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. At least 4 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in nonprofit or human services.
- Mission-Aligned: Deep understanding of I/DD systems, Medicaid-funded services, and HCBS waivers.
- Communicative & Visionary: Excellent leadership, communication, and advocacy skills.
- Compliance-Focused: Familiarity with regulatory standards and financial oversight.
- People-Centered Leader: Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and build strong organizational culture.
- Requirements: Must pass all background checks and possess a valid driver’s license.
