Robin Hood is New York City's largest local poverty-fighting philanthropy. Informed by data, evidence, and the lived experiences of New Yorkers, Robin Hood funds and supports high-impact community organizations, partners with government, and advocates for what works so that New York City can be an engine of upward mobility for all. While Robin Hood focuses grantmaking on New York City, its influence extends well beyond. It's pioneering use of metrics has put Robin Hood at the forefront of results-focused philanthropy, and its ability to rally New Yorkers across industries in the fight against poverty has made it a model for collaborative funding and civic influence. In 2024, Robin Hood made $129.5 million in grants to 285 organizations across issue areas, including early childhood, legal services, housing, meals, workforce development training, education programs, and more. Robin Hood tracks every program with rigorous outcome measures. Because its Board of Directors covers 100% of all administrative costs, every dollar donated goes to organizations helping New Yorkers in need. Since 1988, Robin Hood has invested nearly $3 billion to elevate New Yorkers out of poverty.

A Doctorate or master's degree and at least 10 years of experience in research and evaluation is preferred for this position. Robin Hood will consider candidates with a broad range of backgrounds. If you are excited about this role and feel that you can contribute to Robin Hood, but your experience does not exactly align with every qualification listed above, we encourage you to apply. All applications must be accompanied by a cover letter and résumé. The salary range for this position is $175,000 to $200,00 annually.

Candidates should recognize that Robin Hood's in-office policy may change to require more in-office days.

Robin Hood is committed to the inclusion of all qualified candidates. If you require reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, or participating in the selection process, please contact Marianna DiVietro at mariannadivietro@aspenleadershipgroup.com.
